Services - Professional or Consultant

Key Characteristic: Special Training in Arts or Science or expertise in field of work being performed. May require Licensure. Work being performed does not entail the delivery of a product as the end result.

Examples:

• Management Consulting
• Financial Auditing
• Study Abroad Teachers
• Student Services (Mentor, Curriculum development)

Depending on the overall cost of the project, some consulting engagements will require a competitive bid process. Consult with a Sourcing Contact prior to engagement.

If it is determined that the scope of work is for Consulting Services, a contract form will be required to be completed.  Before proceeding consult the Sourcing Contact to determine which form is needed.
